Group Classes are designed for:

  • Corporate offices that want to provide self-care practices in their workplace culture

  • Group that wish to celebrate or provide an intimate connection with each other (bridal/grooms parties, family reunions, birthdays)

  • Groups that are on vacation or retreating and would like guided rest

  • Groups that want to dive deeper into their and learn more about a particular yogic principle.

1:1 classes are designed for:

  • Folks at a higher risk for transmitting COVID-19 and want to still practice in person

  • Practitioners looking to dive deeper into their yoga practice

  • Those who feel excluded or left out in group class settings based on body size, gender, orientation - yoga is for EVERY. BODY.

  • Persons with limited mobility or transportation who cannot make it to a physical studio location
